Roll back has completed, so calls to API V3 are functional again.
We have rolled back to a healthy version of the API V3 nodes. waiting for all the nodes to cycle.
We attempted deploying a new version of the public API which encountered issues, potentially resulting in 502 and 504 exceptions. We are working on rolling this back to the stable version.
